Former Cardiff, Celtic, Crystal Palace & Derby midfielder Joe Ledley joins us this week to talk through his career journey so far.
Starting off as a top prospect with local side Cardiff, Joe discusses his quick trajectory into the 1st team and becoming the club’s captain at the age of 21, leading them to an FA Cup Final and a heartbreaking defeat in the play-off finals.
The boys also discuss his decision to leave Cardiff and seek to develop his career with Celtic where he would win numerous trophies and partake in one of the club’s greatest achievements in beating Barcelona.
Joe also touches on his first experiences of the Premier League with Crystal Palace and working with the likes of Sam Allardyce and Neil Warnock.
And we of course couldn’t forget to ask about Joe’s memories of Wales’ stunning performance at Euro 2016 as he looks back fondly on the amazing route which saw them reach the Semi-Finals

Johnny chats through the tough pathway to making it as a young player at Dundee United and then becoming one of the top forwards in the country. He also has a candid discussion about his time down at Derby County which saw him on the cusp of getting promoted to the Premier League while playing under an array of big name managers including Nigel Clough, Steve McLaren and Paul Clement.
We of course round off on how he’s now enjoying life in America as he’s now made the trip over the pond to play for MLS team Sporting Kansas.
